Residential Furniture Assembly & Installation

• Payments - Cash or credit payments accepted. Always due at end of day. No personal checks will be accepted. (My apologies for any inconvenience, policy of acceptance of personal checks has been abused too frequently to be continued). NO exceptions.

• Quotes & Pricing - Residential furniture assembly and installation quotes are always guaranteed pricing when all specified information is provided. No hourly pricing or estimates given for these services. Hourly pricing and estimates only benefit high volume / low quality assembly companies who send out inexperienced or low skilled labor. If an assembler is skilled and experienced with the product, an exact quote based on the specified details should be no problem for them. If I get the job done efficiently, I earn more. If not, you don't pay more. 

• Minimums - Since this is a high quality, lower volume install company, all jobs are subject to a minimum charge based on how far away you are located. If you have a simple assembly project and are located farther away one of the hourly providers close to you may be a more economical option for you, assuming you are confident they will provide the service and quality you deserve.

• Deposits - No deposits are required for residential furniture assembly and installation projects of one day or under.

• Trash & Clean Up - On site cleanup and disposal is included. Trash removal and disposal offsite must be booked in advance and is only available as time permits. Offsite disposal is very expensive as cardboard recycling and dumping fees for commercial disposal have risen about 1500% in the Denver area over the last few years. Onsite is always your most cost efficient option and easiest on the environment.

Commercial Office Furniture Assembly & Installation

Kitchen Installation

• Payments - Cash or credit payments accepted. Payments due twice a week for duration of project. No delayed payments due to wait time related to other contractors  No personal checks will be accepted. (My apologies for any inconvenience, policy of acceptance of personal checks has been abused too frequently to be continued). NO exceptions.

• Quotes & Pricing - Kitchen installation quotes are always estimates due to the amount of variables involved in professional, high quality installation. However, I do not intentionally bid jobs low and make up for it with myriad tiny change orders, as is the industry standard. All estimates are given based on a realistic understanding of final costs. Legitimate change orders are based on - design changes after project has started and/or added services requested. Your estimate will show clearly what is and is not included. In the event of added costs, the options will be first reviewed by client and contractor and must be agreed to by client, with a signed addendum before commencing. There is never any plumbing, electrical, appliance, painting, drywall, caulking or related fittings included in your estimate. These should always be handled by appropriate licensed contractors, and are your responsibility.

• Minimums - All kitchen assembly and installation of any size is subject to a $250 minimum or more, based on your location. Phone consultation and reviewing of blueprints/designs online or via email is free. Onsite consultations are subject to a minimum trip fee of $100, and will only be done after reviewing your design prior and receiving a reviewed and signed policies and procedures document from client.

• Deposits - All kitchen projects are subject to a minimum 30% deposit in order to reserve the time and must be made 48 hours prior to starting project. Cash or credit only.

• Trash & Clean Up - On site cleanup and disposal is included. Trash removal and disposal offsite must be booked in advance and is available as scheduling permits. Offsite disposal is very expensive as cardboard recycling and dumping fees for commercial disposal have risen about 1500% in the Denver area over the last few years. Onsite is always your most cost efficient option and easiest on the environment, with a roll-off container being best for most kitchen projects.

Repairing of Botched Installation Work by Other Companies​

• $50 per hour. Due to the many variables involved, no guaranteed pricing. Also many times this service requires removing previous installers work, before being able to effect a suitable fix. PLEASE see below for why service is no longer being offered.

• After being taken advantage of repeatedly, receiving my only bad review (1 Star on Yelp) in my over 20 years history of exceptional service to the community, being not paid for multiple jobs and being verbally abused by people who I have gone out of my way to help (that have been taken advantage of by other installation companies) this service will no longer be offered.

• If you want a professional quality installation with exceptional service, I would advise you to book a quality installer like myself first. Fixing bad work is always more costly, requires meticulous attention to detail, and is often not available at any price due to the issues listed above. In addition it can make the best of the best service providers such as myself consider a different line of work, in spite of their commitment to service in the community.
